Suggested alternatives

If you are not studying oversized wafer samples, consider the more cost-effective Model 210. For larger accessories such as the Advanced Chamber, consider the Model 500.

All ramé-hart systems are supplied as fully functional turn-key systems, with a PC, pre-installed and configured software, and the components and tools needed to set up and operate the instrument. Compatible accessories and software upgrades can be added later as your needs grow.
